When is my first payment due?

Your payment is due approximately one month after you place your order. You'll receive a reminder from Affirm three (3) days before your due date.

My first payment is due and I have not had my Tonal installed! Is this normal?
Yes, your first payment is due one (1) month after you place your Tonal order, not your scheduled installation date.

What happens if I make a late payment?
Affirm won’t charge you late fees but any late payments may affect your credit score or your chances of qualifying for future Affirm loans. If you’re going to be late on a payment, please schedule a payment with Affirm as soon as possible.

What payment methods are available?
Affirm accepts payment using your debit card, checking account, or check by mail. You can also set up automatic payments through your Affirm account.

What if I want to return within the 30-day return period?
If you cancel your order within the 30-day window, you’ll receive your full payment amount minus any interest paid on your Affirm loan.

My membership is bundled with Affirm (purchased before July 6th 2021). Can you provide invoices?
No, since your payments are made to Affirm and not Tonal, we can't provide membership invoices. Please reach out to Affirm directly to request any invoices or receipts.
