In some cases, general troubleshooting may not resolve an issue you’re experiencing with Tonal. When this happens, the team might recommend that you try performing an app data reset. 

Don’t worry, this won’t delete or impact your Strength Score, streaks, or workout history. All of this data is stored securely in our servers!

 Here’s how to do it: 

  1. First, pull down from the top of the Tonal screen to show the settings bar.

  2. Then tap the Tonal icon (second from the right).

  3. Select the option Support.

  4. Then tap Reset App Data.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. You’ll be prompted to log in with your primary and secondary accounts after you’ve reset the app data.
