Seeing how far you’ve come can be the best inspiration to keep going. Good news—you can earn recognition for all your hard work on Tonal. Celebrate your gains and track your progress with Achievements, only on Tonal.
Achievements consist of badges and milestones that remind you of everything you’ve accomplished and how much closer you are to your goals. From your first workout to your longest workout streak, celebrate your Achievements on Tonal and share your success with friends via the Tonal mobile app.
To get started with Achievements, just open up your Tonal mobile app and find the “Achievements” card on the home screen. Don’t have the app? Download it for iOS or Android.

Create Custom Workouts to play on Tonal later
Check out your next workout
Keep tabs on your stats, activities, and progress
Where to Find Achievements
After a workout, see badges and milestones earned during the workout in the workout summary.
You can also track your progress towards the next milestones on the homepage of the Tonal mobile app.
To view your entire collection of Achievements, tap on the Total Achievements card.
You can also see a historical log of the Achievements you’ve earned during each workout in the “Activity” tab.
Types of Achievements
Milestones
Milestones help you stay motivated and measure your growth by celebrating every breakthrough in your fitness journey. Earn milestones for the following categories:
Total workouts completed
Longest weekly streak
Badges
Earn badges for a variety of accomplishments, like trying a new workout type, working out at different times of the day, or staying consistent. Once you’ve earned a badge, you can find it on the Tonal mobile app. There is a large assortment of other badges that reflect every new step you take in your fitness journey—seek them out like a treasure hunt!
Sharing Your Achievements
You can share your milestones and badges with your friends via the mobile app. Tap on a completed milestone or badge to share your Achievements.
