Introducing the Tonal Subscription Manager: our self-serve web page tool you can use to update subscription billing details anytime. It’s easily accessible online or using a QR code on your Tonal.
What is the Subscription Manager?
This handy tool is your one-stop shop to access your membership payment and billing information from your phone or the web. The best part? You no longer need to have Tonal nearby to update your membership information!
How do I access it?
To access the Subscription Manager, use any internet-enabled device, like your phone, tablet, or computer:
Go to mybilling.tonal.com and log in using the same information you use to sign in to Tonal.
Or on your trainer:
Select your avatar icon from Tonal’s home screen.
Select Profile & Account to locate your account details.
From here, tap Edit Account at the top right of your screen.
In the Membership section, you will see a QR code. Scan it using your phone or tablet to navigate to the Subscription Manager in your browser.
Log in using the same information you use to sign in to Tonal.
And you’re in!
