Performing a full power cycle can resolve issues right away and help reset functionality. If you’re experiencing unexpected behavior, restart your Tonal before attempting further troubleshooting.
Steps to Restart Your Tonal
1. Swipe down from the top of Tonal’s screen to open the Settings menu.

2. Select the “Sleep” icon.

3. In the "Sleep Options" menu, select Power Off.

4. Once the screen goes to sleep, turn the power switch off. The power switch is located on the bottom of your Tonal.

5. Wait one (1) to two (2) minutes before turning on Tonal using the power switch.
6. Log back into your account.
If the issue persists, follow the steps above up to three times.
