Changing your installation address is easy! Reach out to us by phone at 855-MY-TONAL. All you need to do is let us know your new address, along with your updated zip code, and someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible to schedule your delivery to your updated address.

Please be aware that with the worldwide logistical challenges impacting overseas shipping, we are experiencing delays. Changing your installation address may cause your shipment to be delayed, especially if your order has already shipped. This is because we may have to change the warehouse that will be receiving your Tonal ahead of your installation. If you’re changing your delivery address to or within Hawaii or Alaska, you may experience longer shipment timelines as well.
