How is my Estimated Ship Week Calculated?

What is my estimated ship week?

After you purchase Tonal and your Tonal installation form is approved, our team assigns your order an estimated ship week – the earliest business day that week that we will be able to ship your order. You can be pretty confident that your Tonal will ship within the five (5) business days following that date. You’ll receive an email from the team with your estimated ship week shortly after your installation form is approved.

What happens when my order needs to be rescheduled?

Sometimes, we have to reschedule your estimated ship week when we are advised that we can’t ship your order as scheduled. We know having your estimated ship week rescheduled can be disappointing and inconvenient (we don’t like to have to do it either), but there are a couple of key reasons why we may have had to move this date further than initially expected:

  • Tonal is manufactured overseas and is shipped to our hubs in the U.S. It takes your trainer six to eight weeks to reach our U.S. hub. From there, the products go through a rigorous inspection before being transported to our distribution centers and prepared for customer fulfillment.

  • On top of the logistical challenges, each Tonal requires sophisticated machinery, electronics, and several hundred advanced components and subcomponents, including microchips. All of these parts make up the magic of digital weights, an unprecedented technology to power intelligent, more efficient workouts.
