How to Connect Tonal to a Wi-Fi Captive Portal
If you’re trying to connect to the internet using a guest or a public-access network, you’ll need to authenticate via a splash page. This splash page (web page) is known as the captive portal which is mostly used by business centers, airport lounges, healthcare clinics, and hotels.
If you’re trying to connect Tonal on a corporate network, you can easily do so by visiting the designated captive portal!
Steps to Connect Tonal to a Wi-Fi Captive Portal
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Wifi icon to enter the internet settings.
2. Tap on the network you’re trying to connect to. The wifi network will reflect the 'Sign in to network' label.

3. Click on ‘Sign In’.

You’ll now be redirected to the captive portal web page. Keep in mind that each captive portal is different and the steps they ask you to complete to connect might vary too. While your Tonal will automatically connect to the internet once the web page pops up in most cases, there are times where you might be asked to add your email address, put your phone number, or simply click on a button to get started.
To confirm whether your Wifi was successfully connected, you can see the network name with the ‘Connected’ label on your Tonal.

Keep in mind that if the network password of the account changes, then you will need to reconnect the Tonal following the same steps but using the new password.
