How to Log in With a QR Code

Access your Tonal account quickly and securely from your smartphone. Use the Tonal mobile app and scan the QR code on the trainer to log in to your account without entering your password. This allows you to set more complex and secure passwords without having to manually type them in each time.

Steps to Sign in With QR Code

Before you begin, please make sure you have the latest version of the Tonal mobile app. Don’t have the app? Download it for iOS or Android.

1. Access the login page on the trainer:

   • For accounts previously logged in to the trainer: Tap on your account icon.

   • For accounts new to the trainer: Tap the plus button next to the row of account icons.

   You should see a QR code at the bottom of the display.

2. Log in to the Tonal mobile app on your smartphone.

3. Navigate to your Profile in the upper right corner.

4. Tap on the QR Code icon

5. If prompted, tap Allow Access to enable your camera for the Tonal mobile app. You’ll arrive at the QR scanner.

6. Scan the QR code at the bottom of the Tonal display (labeled “App Sign In”).
