Things to Keep in Mind Before You Pack
When prepping your Tonal for a move, think of it like packing a large, delicate screen. Here are a few key points to remember:
Tonal should be transported face-up on its back, similar to a flat-screen TV.
Never stack anything on top of Tonal—extra weight or pressure can damage the screen or internal components.
Packing materials aren’t included, but your moving company should be able to provide what you need. If you're unsure what to ask for, we're happy to help guide you.

How to Safely and Securely Pack Tonal
If you still have Tonal’s original packaging, great! Use it. If not, here’s how to protect your device without it:
Wrap your Tonal with bubble wrap and/or heavy-duty moving blankets. Most moving companies will have these on hand.
Always pack Tonal with the display facing up. This might take two people, so be sure to have an extra set of hands nearby.
Accessories and the wall mounting bracket can be packed in a box with your other belongings.
If you have a wide mount, be sure to include it in the move—we may need it for your new space!
Where to Store Tonal During the Move
Just like other electronics, Tonal does best when kept away from harsh environments. Here's how to store it properly:
Avoid extended exposure outdoors. Move Tonal indoors as soon as possible.
Keep the storage temperature between -13°F to 113°F (-25°C to 45°C).
Maintain relative humidity between 0% and 90% non-condensing.
