From Our Warehouse to Your Local Hub: Your Tonal ships from one of our warehouses in California or New Jersey. Orders are processed and leave the warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is on its way, we’ll provide an estimated arrival date for when it will reach your local hub.
Scheduling Your Delivery: Once your Tonal arrives at your local hub, our team coordinates the final leg of the journey to your home. At this stage, we’ll reach out to schedule your delivery and ensure a smooth setup experience.
Tracking Your Order: While there’s no traditional tracking number, we’ve got you covered. Our team actively monitors your order every step of the way, and you can check key order milestones using our chat bot at tonal.com.
