How to Troubleshoot Tonal Arm Rotation

Each arm of Tonal supports five (5) points of rotation. To troubleshoot arm rotation, make sure to set the arms to the optimal position and then press and hold the rotate button on the arm.

If the arm doesn’t rotate or lock into the correct position when rotating, please follow the troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
