How to Update Your Tonal Membership Payment Method
We understand that life changes, and so do your membership details. You may need to update your payment method for a variety of reasons – maybe you’ve recently received a new card, or you want to share membership payments with someone.
Whatever the reason, you can update your membership information at any time using our Subscription Manager! Keep in mind that any changes to your account information will need to be validated with your current password.
You can update your payment method with these steps:
Access the Subscription Manager in one of two ways:
Go to mybilling.tonal.com on your phone.
Use your phone to scan the QR code in the Membership section of your Account page on your trainer.
Click the Update button to the right of your Payment Information.


Fill in the new information.
Click the green Update button at the bottom to save it.
You have successfully updated your payment information!
