How to Update Your Tonal Membership Profile Information
We understand that your membership profile might need some updates from time to time. Whether it's a change of email address or other details, we're here to help you make the most of your Tonal membership.
You can update your membership information anytime using our Subscription Manager!
Updating your email address
If you're looking to update the email address linked to your Tonal membership, here’s how:
Access the Subscription Manager in one of two ways:
Go to mybilling.tonal.com on your phone.
Use your phone to scan the QR code in the Membership section of your Account page on your trainer.
Click the Update button to the right of your Billing Email.
Change your billing email address.
Click the green Update button at the bottom to save it.
And just like that, you're all set!
