How to Use One Membership With Multiple Tonals

With your Tonal membership, you can take your fitness journey to the next level. And guess what? Your whole family can join in too! You'll get access to Tonal's awesome features, powered by our smart artificial intelligence, and you'll have expert coaches to guide you. Some of our members love Tonal so much that they have more than one set up in different places.

No problem if you have multiple homes

If you bounce between different houses during the year and want Tonal in all of them, your membership has got your back. You can activate your Tonal membership in one place at a time to make the most of your fitness routine. For example, if you have a vacation home and spend part of the year there, just log out of Tonal at your main home when you use it at your vacation spot.

Switch devices smoothly, one at a time

When you log in to a different Tonal, it automatically logs you out of any other devices. This makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can use your membership on any Tonal you like, but remember, you can only be logged in on one at a time. Here’s how you can use your membership on a second trainer:

On the welcome page, tap Activate.
Sign in to the existing account associated with your membership.

To transfer your membership to your second trainer, select Confirm & Continue.

To finalize the membership transfer on your other device, tap Reactivate.
