Having trouble logging in to your Tonal account? You can reset your password on the trainer or Tonal mobile app effortlessly!

Steps to reset the password:

  1. Click forgot on the login screen to reset your password.

  2. You will receive a link to reset your password on your registered email address. Make sure to check your spam folder in case you don’t see an email in your inbox.

  3. Reset your password by clicking on the link. 

When you are unable to reset your password:
If you tried the previous steps and were unable to reset your password, you may need to double-check the email address you’re using to log in. Please make sure to confirm there are no typos in your email address. If you still receive an error, please submit a request to our team or give us a call at 855-MY-TONAL.

When you don’t remember the email address you used to register for your Tonal account:
If you don’t remember the email address you used at the time of registration, you can reach out to us at 855-MY-TONAL or write to us at support@tonal.com. Make sure to provide us with the email address that you’re currently using to log in. This will help us unblock you and relate the correct email to your account that you can use moving forward.
