Whether you’re making an international move and want to take Tonal with you, or you’re hoping to find a way to get Tonal somewhere we haven’t come to yet, let’s go over what you need to know before you start planning.
Will Tonal be able to support my move outside the US?
The short answer is no. We don’t support Tonal outside the United States for the time being. This applies to relocations as much as it does to new trainers.
If you choose to move Tonal internationally, we won’t be able to service yours if it needs repairing, and we won’t be able to help you reinstall at your new place.
What are my options without Tonal support if I choose to relocate internationally?
Moving Tonal outside the US will mean your warranty offers no coverage. As mentioned earlier, we can’t help you if something goes wrong.
But there might be a solution if this doesn’t put you off moving your Tonal abroad. Reach out to the team to discuss your options!
It’s important to keep in mind, though, that if your Tonal needs replacing and you live somewhere outside the US, you won’t be able to do that.
