Depending on how you're handling your move, there may be downtime between saying goodbye to Tonal in your old house and welcoming it to your new place.
But don't let that pause derail your fitness journey! Here’s how we recommend you stay active while you're in between setups.
Try our Mobile Workouts
Tonal’s treasure trove of workouts includes loads of programming you can take part in off-Tonal – our Mobile Workouts!
If you haven’t already, download the app to take Tonal on the go and workout wherever you are to keep up your streak. The best part? These workouts won’t impact your strength score, so you can get back to working out on Tonal as usual once it’s up and running in your new place.
Here are some of our favorite mobile workouts for most fitness goals:
For upper body strength
Cardio Power Intervals with Coach Woody
Coach Frances’s Blazing Bootcamp: Bodyweight Heat program
Coach Brendon’s Bodyweight Ramp-Up program
And for your lower body training

This is just a small selection of great workouts in our library!
Amp up your cross-training
Cross-training is like giving your overall fitness a flavor boost. It's the spice that keeps your workout recipe balanced.
Remember, these workouts won't directly feed your Tonal streak. They're like secret ingredients for long-term fitness success.

Give yourself this time to mindfully rest
Moving is stressful enough, so we understand if you need to take some time away from your training to focus on getting organized. Sometimes, we need a break from training right now so we can come back hungry later.
That’s where mindful rest comes in. Mindfulness is about staying in the now, tuning into your thoughts, feelings, how your body's doing, and what's happening around you — like giving yourself a warm, gentle hug of awareness.
During this transition, why not explore:
Strength in Stillness with Coach Allison
“I Am” Meditation with Coach Jared
Meditation Mindset with Coach Jake
Moving can be sweaty work, especially if you're a DIY moving hero. But if you want to keep active during your strength-training downtime, you don’t have to miss your workouts. And we’re here to help you where we can along the way!
