

Smart View Troubleshooting Guide
Tonal's Smart View feature is taken to the next level on Tonal 2 and offers an enhanced experience when using Smart View through the Tonal mobile app. If you're experiencing issues with Smart View on either platform, give these troubleshooting steps a try. Be sure to sign in to the same profile on both your Tonal mobile app and Tonal trainer.
Before getting started, make sure you:
Download the Tonal mobile app for iOS or Android.
Connect your mobile device and Tonal to the same Wifi network.
Login to your Tonal account on both your trainer and mobile app.
Make sure your Tonal, mobile app, and mobile device’s OS are up-to-date.
Smart View Compatibility:
Tonal 1: Smart View is compatible using a mobile device only.
Tonal 2: Smart View is compatible using the built-in camera, mobile device, or both simultaneously.
