How do Tonal sizes run?
Tonal apparel is designed with a modern, athletic fit. If you prefer a more relaxed feel, we recommend sizing up. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your best fit— look for the size guide link located beneath the available size options.
Will apparel shrink or stretch?
A small amount of shrinkage may occur if fabrics are dried on high heat, but they’re engineered to retain their shape. For best results, machine wash in cold water with mild detergent and hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Why don’t you offer more sizes or women’s options?
We’re actively expanding our size range and women’s collection in future drops. Member feedback helps guide these updates — thank you for your input!

How do I clean the Tonal hat and water bottle?
Spot clean the hat with mild soap and water, but avoid fully submerging it. The water bottle is top-rack dishwasher safe and insulated for hot or cold drinks. Hand washing helps maintain the finish.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery takes three to seven (3-7) business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Orders over $100 ship free; orders under $100 include a $9 shipping fee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed immediately and can’t be modified once placed. If your item isn’t right, you can request an exchange once it arrives.
Can I use my Tonal member discount?
Apparel discounts are not available at this time.
