Step 1 - Make Sure your Camera is Enabled:

Swipe from the top down to access your settings bar
Tap the new Smart View icon
Tap "Enable Camera"

Step 2 - Make Sure your Tonal is Up-to-Date:

First, make sure you're connected to WiFi.
Swipe from the top of your Tonal screen to show the settings bar.
Tap the mini Tonal icon, second from the right.
At the top, make sure Tonal says "Up to date". If it’s not, start the update.

Step 3 - Power Cycle Your Tonal 2:

Swipe down from the top of your Tonal screen to show the settings bar.
Then, tap the Sleep icon on the far right (moon icon).
In the Sleep options menu, select Power Off.
Once Tonal powers off completely, turn the power switch under your Tonal to the OFF position.
Wait a few minutes before turning your Tonal back on.
Log back into your account to confirm if the issue is now resolved.

Step 4 - Reset the App Data on your Tonal:

If Power Cycling your Tonal 2 did not resolve the issue, try resetting the app data. Don’t worry, this will not delete or impact your Strength Score, streaks, or workout history.

Swipe down from the top of your Tonal screen to show the settings bar.
Then, tap the mini Tonal icon (second from the right).
Tap the option Support.
Tap Reset App Data.
Tap Continue.
Once Tonal refreshes, you’ll be prompted to log in with your primary account first. From here, confirm if the issue is now resolved.
