What is an Estimated Ship Week, and when will I receive mine?

  • Your Estimated Ship Week is the earliest week we predict your order will be ready for shipment. You’ll receive this estimate shortly after your Tonal Installation Form is approved. This helps you plan ahead and ensures a smooth delivery and installation process.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders typically ship within the timeline outlined in your Order Confirmation. Once we receive your approved Tonal Installation Form, we send your order to our warehouse for processing. Please note that your order will not ship until this form is approved. Our logistics team works diligently to ship orders as soon as processing allows. If you're located in Hawaii or Alaska, your shipping timeframe may be longer than our standard estimate. We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

How long does my order take to get to my local hub once it ships?

  • Once your Tonal ships, it generally takes seven to ten business days to arrive at your local hub. From there, you’ll be able to schedule your installation through our portal.

When Will My Tonal Be Installed?

  • After your order reaches the local hub, installations typically take place within two weeks, depending on your availability and location. Our goal is to ensure a seamless setup experience so you can start training as soon as possible.
