How to Delete Your Account Using the Tonal Mobile App

If you ever need to delete your account with Tonal, you can do it quickly from our mobile app.

Keep in mind that deleting your account from the Tonal app means we will have to cancel your membership, too. You’ll lose access to the following fantastic features:

Our growing library of guided workouts with our expert coaches
Your metrics: data measuring and progress tracking
Personalized weight suggestions
Dynamic Weight Modes like Smart Flex, Eccentric, Chains, Spotter, and Burnout
Form Feedback
The Free Lift movement library, including the video demos
Your Custom Workouts
Heart rate tracking
Tonal Radio
Apple Music integration
Motivational features like Achievements, Leaderboard, and Personal Records
Partner Workouts and Virtual Group Workouts

If you want to delete your Tonal account using our mobile app, follow these steps:

Tap your profile icon on the top right corner of the app homepage. Then, select Help from the menu.

From there, select Delete Account.

Tap the red text that says “Request Account Deletion” and click the “GOT IT” button that appears next.

Finally, you should see the confirmation screen. This means your request to delete your account has been received, and you’ll be hearing from a member of our team for the next steps.

Once you see the confirmation screen, you won’t have the option to delete your account until your current request has been processed or until you make a new Tonal account.
