How to Request Membership Invoices

Need your monthly membership receipt or invoices? You can have them sent to your email address every month with the tap of a finger! You can even get your past invoices on your Tonal trainer.

 Please note that this doesn’t apply to Members who have financed through Affirm—you’ll need to reach out to Affirm directly to request any invoices or receipts.

How to opt in to receive membership receipts

  1. Select your avatar icon from Tonal’s home screen to locate your account page. 

    1. In the Membership section, you will see a toggle that says, “Email monthly invoice”. Switch this on. The toggle will turn green when it is switched on.

      That’s it! You’ll now receive monthly membership receipts to your billing email address on the next billing cycle.

How to view and download past membership receipts

  1. Access the Subscription Manager in one of two ways: 

  • Use your phone to scan the QR code in the Membership section of your Account page on your trainer. 

    1. Scroll down to the Invoice History section of the tool. 

     

    1. Tap the download icon to the right of the invoice you’d like to download. 

    You have successfully downloaded a membership invoice!
