As we said, updating Tonal settings is simple! To customize your experience:

Swipe down from the top of your trainer's screen to access the Settings menu.

Within the Settings menu, you'll find several options:

Icon	Setting	Description
	Screen Brightness	Customize the brightness of your Tonal screen.
	Sound Mix	Adjust the overall volume and individual volume sliders for Music, Coach, and Sound FX.
	Music Player	Stream workout tunes from Tonal Radio stations, or connect your Apple Music account.
	Wifi	View connected networks and check your network status.
	Bluetooth	Pair devices such as your Apple Watch, heart rate monitors, or Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
	Smart Accessories	Check connected Smart Accessories (indicated by a checkmark).
	Tonal	Additional options within the Tonal menu include: Time Zone: Change your time zone. Arms & Track: Test the functionality of the Tonal arms and relink the arms. Screen Cleaning: Temporarily turn off the touch functionality for screen cleaning. About: Check your software version; if it's up-to-date, you'll see "Up to date."
	Power Options	For power management, you have: Sleep: Puts your trainer to sleep, checking for software updates. Restart: Powers off and restarts Tonal, requiring login. Power Off: Completely turns off the trainer for power cycling.

You can update these settings (or change them back) at any time, even when you’re in the middle of a workout! And to exit the menu, you can simply swipe it back up or tap anywhere on the screen outside the menu!
