If you’ve ever looked at your Tonal and wondered, “How do I actually turn this thing on or off?” - you’re not alone.

This guide walks through the different power states on Tonal, including how to turn it on, power it off completely, and place it into Sleep Mode.

For most users, we recommend using Sleep Mode instead of fully powering Tonal off. When Tonal is asleep, it stays connected to the internet and can continue receiving important software updates in the background.
