If you’re travelling, moving, or taking time off, you may not need to cancel your membership.
You may be eligible to temporarily pause your subscription and resume it later without losing your progress.

Before You Cancel
Tonal memberships include an initial 12-month commitment period.
During this commitment period, you are responsible for completing all required membership payments.
If your membership is paused or payments are disrupted, the commitment period may be extended accordingly
You can cancel your membership after your commitment period has been fulfilled

Without a membership, your Tonal will still function for basic lifting, but the experience will be significantly limited.

The easiest and fastest way to cancel your membership is directly on your Tonal:
Tap Profile & Account on your trainer
Select Your Account
Go to Membership Management
Tap Cancel Membership and follow the prompts
